Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi invites a Senior Engineer to lead static equipment engineering across FEED, EPC and detailed design phases. You will supervise datasheet development, vendor tech, and ensure compliance with ADNOC, ASME, API, TEMA and NACE standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5 years preferred in GCC region.
• 3+ years in a similar role on international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects (PMC/ADNOC experience preferred).
• Experience in FEED and EPC phases of Oil & Gas projects.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of ASME/API/TEMA/NACE standards.
• Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management and fabrication oversight for static equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED, EPC and detailed engineering phases.
• Provide technical leadership for design specification and procurement of static equipment including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks and package equipment.
• Develop and review datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with Process Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Procurement disciplines for integration.
• Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures and inspection requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering and cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with clients, licensors, suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED EPC and detailed engineering phases of the project Provide technical leadership for the design specification and procurement of static equipment including pressure vessels columns heat exchangers tanks separators filters reactors and package equipment Develop and review equipment datasheets specifications material requisitions technical bid evaluations and vendor documentation Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards project specifications and applicable international codes and standards such as ASME API TEMA and ASTM Coordinate with Process Piping Mechanical Civil Electrical Instrumentation and Procurement disciplines to ensure effective integration of static equipment requirements Review and approve vendor drawings calculations manufacturing procedures and inspection requirements Support constructability reviews value engineering studies and cost optimization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle Participate in design reviews HAZOP constructability workshops and technical meetings with clients vendors and contractors Monitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules quality standards and HSE requirements Provide technical guidance mentoring and supervision to a team of Senior Engineers and Engineers Interface effectively with clients licensors suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution nbsp nbsp

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil amp Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five 5 years preferred in GCC region
• Must have at least three 3 years of experience in similar position for international major Oil amp Gas or Petrochemical projects PMC amp ADNOC experiences are required
• Required experience in FEED amp EPC Phases of Oil Gas Projects Offshore project experience is required
• Strong knowledge of international standards and codes including ASME Section VIII API 650 API 620 API 661 API 660 TEMA and NACE requirements
• Experience in technical bid evaluations vendor management and fabrication oversight for static equipment
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments
