Oracle is seeking a seasoned leader to head the CSS MEA Gulf Service Solution Architects group, spanning UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. You will partner with CSS MEA sales and delivery teams to shape compelling service propositions and ensure alignment with Oracle's broader growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CSS MEA Gulf SSA team (approx. 9 SSAs) across UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
• Collaborate with CSS MEA sales, delivery and global teams to align capabilities with growth strategy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; balance workloads and drive performance.
