Job summary

Oracle in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Senior Advanced Services Engineer) to partner with clients, advise and deliver sophisticated solution‑related service request configurations for application maintenance across multiple product lines.

This person will perform scope assessment by capturing information and using application tools for configuring the system with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of Healthcare IT experience with Revenue Cycle Management modules.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support revenue cycle solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead client engagements and deliver high‑quality support for Oracle Health RCM.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
