Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior marketing professional to prepare and oversee marketing and media strategies aligned with departmental objectives and market needs.

You will conduct studies, classify beneficiaries, plan annual media, and coordinate with operations to implement plans; a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in marketing/administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Sciences or Marketing.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing/administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing and media strategies in line with the department’s objectives and market needs.
• Prepare marketing studies and research related to beneficiary identification and service requirements.
• Identify priorities for community initiatives and volunteer activities.
• Prepare an annual media plan aligned with the department’s strategic plan and digital media trends.
• Ensure marketing requirements match defined strategies through market and audience analysis.
• Coordinate with operational sections to implement plans.

• Prepare marketing and media strategies in line with the department’s objectives and market needs.
• Prepare marketing studies and research related to identifying and classifying beneficiaries, and understanding the needs and requirements associated with the services provided by the department within the Emirate of Dubai.
• Identify priorities for community initiatives and volunteer activities in accordance with community needs and expectations (People of Determination, senior citizens, etc.) and the nature of the department’s work.
• Prepare an annual media plan that supports the services and initiatives of organizational units in alignment with the department’s strategic plan, government directions, and digital media trends.
• Ensure the suitability of marketing requirements to the defined strategies through accurate analysis of the market and target audience.
• Coordinate with the operational sections to ensure the implementation of marketing and media plans in accordance with the established strategies.
