• Provide specialized professional expertise and technical advisory services in marketing of the Municipality’s services and activities.
• Develop and prepare annual budgets and operational work plans for marketing and communications.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators and targets for marketing outputs.
• Coordinate development and preparation of marketing and media content for campaigns and publications.
• Conduct and coordinate marketing studies, research and analyses to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with information security and confidentiality policies.
