Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Marine Services to drive sales and business growth in the maritime sector. You will target marine automation, safety equipment, life-saving gear, and related services, building relationships with shipowners, managers, offshore operators, and authorities.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business, marketing or engineering and 3–5 years in marine sales, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years proven sales and marketing experience in marine, offshore or related industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of marine industry products and services; ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting marine segments and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners, managers, offshore operators, port authorities and government entities.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media outreach.
• Set up meetings with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences and support marketing campaigns across channels.
