Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Marine Technical Services to lead the commercial sales function across multiple marine service lines. The role focuses on generating and closing B2B business for FFA, marine automation, calibration, and lifeboat services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales strategy, team leadership, and key account development.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in maritime/marine services is essential.
• Proven ability to meet/reach revenue targets in B2B maritime sales.
• Experience selling FFA, Marine Automation, Calibration, and Lifeboat services is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with coaching/mentoring skills.
• Experience managing key accounts, tenders, and complex contracts across multiple service lines.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall sales strategy across all marine service lines.
• Lead and mentor the sales team with clear targets and KPIs.
• Develop key accounts, shipowners, charterers, and industry partners.
• Forecasting and pipeline management with CRM discipline.
• Cross-sell calibration, automation, lifeboat, and marine agency services.
• Travel nationally and internationally to develop business.
