Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group’s Marine team in Doha is seeking a dynamic on-site sales professional to drive revenue targets for marine engines and grow the dealer network in Qatar. You will establish strong customer relationships and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, a solid understanding of marine engines, and proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within marine, automotive, or technical equipment sectors.
• Good understanding of marine engines, boating industry dynamics, and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and customer segments such as boat builders, fishermen, and retail customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Support market share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network.
• Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.
