Job description

Influence and support leadership in driving performance, productivity, and employee engagement across functions.HR Operations & Execution

Ensure seamless execution of HR processes including onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and exit management.

Collaborate with site HR teams to ensure timely and compliant HR service delivery.

Track HR metrics (attrition, manpower planning, absenteeism, etc.) and report insights to leadership for action.Talent & Capability Development

Work with COEs to identify capability gaps and support training, development, and upskilling initiatives.

Partner in implementing talent management practices like high-potential identification, internal mobility, and leadership developmentEmployee Engagement & Culture Building

Champion a culture of discipline, safety, ownership, and high performance aligned with Sobha’s core values.

Drive site-level employee engagement initiatives, grievance redressal mechanisms, and employee welfare programs.

Change Management & Strategic Projects

Support execution of HR transformation and organizational change initiatives across project locations.

Lead or contribute to key HR projects like digitization, policy rollout, compliance audits, and process improvements.Desired Profile

MBA or Master’s in HR / Personnel Management from a reputed institution.

14-16 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

Proven track record in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.

Strong command over HR operations, labor compliance, and workforce management in a project / site-based setup.

Go-getter with a solution-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and high ownership.

Excellent communication, influencing, and people management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required

Candidates should have an MBA or Master's in HR with 14-16 years of experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
