Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Manager-Events & Production to deliver high-impact corporate events that reflect our strategy, culture, and brand. You will lead end-to-end planning, production, and hybrid experiences, coordinating with agencies, venues, and technical crews.

You will manage budgets, risk, and executive protocols, while driving integration of live and virtual platforms, livestreams, registration, and analytics to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate events, event production, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of corporate events (leadership forums, town halls, conferences, activations, launches, hybrid).
• Strong vendor, agency, venue, production house, and technical crew management.
• Experience managing event budgets, procurement processes, executive protocols, risk registers, contingency planning, and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management with leadership teams, internal functions, external vendors, and hybrid platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including leadership forums, town halls, conferences, activations, launches, and hybrid experiences.
• Develop event concepts and production plans that align with corporate narrative, leadership agenda, culture, and priorities.
• Manage event delivery from supplier briefing to rehearsals, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event reviews.
• Oversee agencies, production houses, venues, and technical crews to ensure seamless execution and value for money.
• Translate communications objectives into audience-focused, brand-aligned experiences.
• Manage budgets, procurement, approvals, risk registers, contingency plans, health and safety, and executive protocols.
• Drive integration of hybrid event technologies, livestreaming platforms, registration systems, engagement tools, and analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership offices, Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, IT, Security, Procurement, and partners, capturing post-event insights.
