The role leads event strategy, production planning, executive coordination, supplier management, hybrid technology, budget control, risk mitigation, and onsite delivery for leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, launches, activations, and major corporate occasions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver corporate events from initial concept through final evaluation.
- Develop event concepts that reflect communication objectives, audience needs, leadership priorities, and brand standards.
- Prepare detailed production plans, event schedules, workback timelines, run‑of‑show documents, and responsibility matrices.
- Manage leadership forums, employee townhalls, conferences, corporate launches, activations, ceremonies, and hybrid experiences.
- Coordinate venues, production houses, event agencies, technical suppliers, caterers, registration providers, and logistics partners.
- Prepare clear supplier briefs covering scope, production standards, deadlines, technical requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and support procurement decisions based on quality, suitability, cost, and delivery capability.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure contracted services are delivered according to approved requirements.
- Manage event budgets, cost estimates, purchase requests, supplier quotations, approvals, and final reconciliations.
- Identify potential operational, technical, safety, reputational, and scheduling risks before each event.
- Maintain risk registers, contingency plans, emergency procedures, and escalation routes.
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations, health and safety requirements, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Coordinate executive protocols, speaker requirements, leadership movements, briefing materials, and rehearsal schedules.
- Work closely with leadership offices, Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, P & O, IT, Security, and Procurement.
- Oversee stage design, audiovisual production, lighting, sound, branding, seating, registration, catering, and guest flow.
- Lead rehearsals and technical checks to confirm speaker readiness, content accuracy, timing, and production quality.
- Manage onsite event delivery and resolve operational issues without disrupting the audience experience.
- Integrate livestreaming, hybrid event platforms, audience polling, registration systems, and engagement tools.
- Monitor virtual and physical participation to improve event accessibility, reach, and audience involvement.
- Ensure event content, visual identity, signage, presentations, and production elements remain brand‑aligned.
- Capture attendance data, stakeholder feedback, audience responses, supplier performance, and event outcomes.
- Conduct post‑event reviews and document recommendations for future productions.
- Develop reusable templates, production standards, checklists, and operating procedures that improve delivery consistency.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6‑8 years of professional experience in corporate event planning, live production, or event operations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering executive‑level and high‑visibility corporate events.
- Strong knowledge of event production processes, venue operations, technical requirements, and onsite management.
- Proven ability to coordinate senior leaders, speakers, executive offices, and demanding stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing event agencies, production houses, technical crews, venues, and specialist suppliers.
- Strong budget management skills with the ability to control costs while maintaining production quality.
- Practical knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, quotation review, and contract deliverables.
- Experience developing risk assessments, contingency plans, health and safety controls, and live‑event escalation procedures.
- Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, hybrid event technology, registration tools, and audience engagement systems.
- Ability to manage several events, workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence handling senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Calm and decisive approach when resolving last‑minute production or operational issues.
- High attention to detail across schedules, event content, executive protocols, branding, and guest experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during rehearsals, launches, conferences, and live event delivery.
