Job summary

Tiger Recruitment in Dubai is seeking an experienced Event Producer to take ownership of end-to-end production of high-profile international events attended by senior executives. This hands-on role requires strong leadership in B2B conferences, executive summits, exhibitions, and large-scale corporate events.

You will manage budgets, timelines, AV, venues, and suppliers, coordinate with senior leadership, and provide on-site support, with a focus on delivering impactful events and post-event

Qualifications

• 5+ years' event production experience.
• Background in B2B conferences, summits, exhibitions or large corporate events.
• Experience managing large-scale events from planning to execution.
• Experience with senior/C-suite audiences would be advantageous.
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, managing multiple events and deadlines.
• Knowledge of AV systems and event technology.
• International event experience would be advantageous.

Candidates must come from the events industry, with a background in B2B conferences, executive summits, exhibitions, trade shows or large-scale corporate events.
