Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Events Lead to steer the planning, design, and delivery of seasonal events, activations, concerts, and live entertainment across its portfolio in Dubai. The role requires strong PM, stakeholder coordination, and a robust vendor network to ensure flawless execution and on-site safety.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Events Management with at least five years in large-scale events, concerts, and activations, and excels in supplier management,

Qualifications

• Graduate in Events Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in events, concerts, activations.
• Strong network of event production companies.
• Strong project management, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, artists, and entertainment partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of seasonal events, activations, concerts, and live entertainment initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, event calendars, and execution schedules to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, and external agencies to manage concepts, designs, event production, and operational requirements.
• Manage procurement activities including RFP processes, supplier onboarding, contract reviews, purchase orders, and invoice coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals, technical drawings, permits, and operational readiness for event execution.
• Oversee event operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Supervise commercial activations, brand partnerships, filming activities, and live event operations in line with agreed requirements.
• Evaluate event outcomes, prepare reports, document lessons learned, and recommend innovative event concepts and activations.
