The Events Manager - Corporate Production will transform Majid Al Futtaim 's corporate narrative, leadership agenda, culture, and strategic priorities into professionally executed experiences for internal and external audiences. From early concept development through live production and post-event analysis, the position ensures every event reflects the intended message while meeting demanding standards for brand consistency, executive protocol, operational readiness, safety, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate events from initial concept through production planning, rehearsals, live execution, and post-event review.
- Develop detailed production schedules, event timelines, run-of-show documents, supplier briefs, and operational plans.
- Coordinate venues, agencies, production houses, technical crews, event suppliers, and other external partners throughout delivery.
- Translate Corporate Communications objectives into audience-focused event concepts that support brand and business priorities.
- Manage leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, launches, corporate activations, hybrid events, and other high-visibility occasions.
- Work closely with leadership offices to manage executive participation, protocols, rehearsals, scheduling, and onsite requirements.
- Control event budgets while monitoring quotations, supplier costs, procurement processes, approvals, and overall value for money.
- Maintain event risk registers, contingency arrangements, health and safety requirements, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate livestreaming, hybrid event technology, registration platforms, digital audience engagement tools, and supporting technical infrastructure.
- Partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, P&O, IT, Security, and Procurement to keep event delivery aligned across functions.
- Supervise onsite production activities and resolve operational or technical issues without disrupting the audience experience.
- Track attendance, participation, engagement indicators, stakeholder feedback, and other relevant event performance data.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and document lessons learned to improve production quality and future event standards.
- Maintain productive relationships with vendors and agencies while holding external partners accountable for quality, timelines, and agreed deliverables.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor 's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience covering corporate event planning, production management, and live event execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex events involving senior executives and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong background in coordinating agencies, production companies, venues, suppliers, and technical partners.
- Practical experience managing event budgets, procurement requirements, schedules, approvals, and production timelines.
- Sound understanding of live event risk management, contingency planning, health and safety, and executive protocols.
- Experience delivering hybrid events using livestreaming and audience engagement technologies.
- Able to balance creative event concepts with operational feasibility, corporate reputation, and budget requirements.
- Confident managing simultaneous priorities in deadline-driven environments where production quality is highly visible.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working across leadership and specialist corporate functions.
