Majid Al Futtaim seeks an Events Manager - Corporate Production in Dubai to lead end-to-end corporate events, leadership forums, conferences, launches and hybrid experiences. You will own production planning, executive coordination, vendor management and budget control to turn communications priorities into memorable experiences.

From concept through live production to post-event analysis, you will collaborate with Corporate Communications, Brand, IT and Procurement to ensure brand consistency,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in events, marketing, communications or business.
• 6-8 years of corporate event planning, production management and live event execution.
• Experience coordinating with senior executives and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate events from concept through production planning, rehearsals, live execution and post-event review.
• Develop detailed production schedules, event timelines, run-of-show documents, supplier briefs and plans.
• Coordinate venues, agencies, production houses, technical crews and event suppliers throughout delivery.
• Translate objectives into audience-focused event concepts aligning with brand and business priorities.
• Manage leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, launches and hybrid events with executive participation.
• Control event budgets, quotations, procurement processes, approvals and value for money.
• Maintain risk registers, health and safety requirements and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate livestreaming, hybrid tech, registration platforms and audience engagement tools.
