Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of corporate event planning, live production, or event operations.
• Experience delivering executive-level, high-visibility corporate events.
• Strong knowledge of event production processes, venue operations, and onsite management.
• Experience coordinating senior leaders, speakers, and demanding stakeholders.
• Budget management skills with cost control while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver corporate events from concept through final evaluation.
• Develop event concepts reflecting objectives, audience needs and brand standards.
• Prepare detailed production plans, run-of-show, and responsibility matrices.
• Manage leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, launches, activations and hybrid experiences.
• Coordinate venues, production houses, suppliers, caterers, and logistics partners.
• Prepare clear supplier briefs and evaluate proposals for quality and cost.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contracted services meet requirements.
• Manage event budgets, purchase requests, quotations, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Identify operational, technical, safety, and scheduling risks before events.
• Coordinate executive protocols, speaker requirements, and rehearsal schedules.
• Oversee stage design, audiovisual production, lighting and guest flow.
• Lead rehearsals and technical checks to ensure production quality.
