Dubai Holding Entertainment in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Events Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of seasonal events, activations, concerts, and live entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Events Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in events, concerts, and activations.
• Established network of event production companies and music production houses.
• Strong project management, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, artists, and entertainment partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of seasonal events, activations, concerts, and live entertainment initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, event calendars, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, and external agencies for concepts, designs, and execution.
• Manage procurement processes including RFPs, supplier onboarding, contracts, PO, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and operational readiness.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise commercial activations, brand partnerships, filming activities, and live event operations.
• Evaluate event outcomes, prepare reports, and document lessons learned.
