Jump is seeking a senior Customer Marketing leader in Dubai to own the strategy, design case studies, and build an advocacy engine that fuels Sales with measurable proof points.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Sales, CS, and Legal to drive lifecycle communications, onboarding playbooks, and expansion initiatives in a high-growth B2B software environment. This role offers a competitive compensation package and equity options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or scaling a customer marketing function at a high-growth B2B software company.
• Proven track record of originating customer marketing strategies and programs.
• Fluency in customer marketing best practices including reference programs, advocacy, and review platforms like G2.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Marketing Strategy, including co-marketing strategies like case studies, joint webinars, and joint PR.
• Build a case study and thought leadership engine to provide Sales with proof points.
• Design and launch customer advocacy programs, including incentive programs, referral, and review programs.
• Stand up and run a Customer Advisory Board and user group programming.
• Formalize a systematic Customer Reference Program to support Sales deals.
• Partner with Customer Success on lifecycle communications, onboarding, and expansion playbooks.
• Manage the customer marketing budget, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
