Job summary

Ren in Dubai is seeking a seasoned product marketing professional to lead advisor engagement, build targeted programs, and design repeatable campaigns. You will create field-ready content and collaborate with Sales and Relationship Managers to align resources with field needs.

Experience in fintech or wealth management, strong storytelling, and a track record of influencing product strategy are highly valued. This role is based in Dubai and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, field enablement, or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to create field-ready content for live advisor or sales interactions.
• Experience working directly with sales, relationship managers, or client strategists.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
