Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a senior Growth Lead to own paid and organic acquisition end-to-end, manage budgets, optimize funnels, and collaborate across marketing tech with HubSpot and Salesforce.

The role includes building scalable funnels, onboarding and activation sequences, and aligning campaigns with developer audiences, plus equity and a $800/month remote work stipend benefiting the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing tools and campaign execution.
• Experience managing acquisition budgets and reporting on ROI.
• Ability to build attribution structures and funnel models from scratch.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and measured activation results.
• Comfort working as an individual contributor in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience integrating marketing stacks following an acquisition
