Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a seasoned Plant and Machinery Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience, a Mechanical/Automotive engineering degree, and hands-on maintenance of excavators, cranes, generators, and more. CMMS knowledge and workshop supervision are advantageous for driving reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering.
• 5–8 years in plant and machinery maintenance, UAE/GCC preferred.
• Hands-on experience with excavators, wheel loaders, cranes, generators, compressors, pumps, and other heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and mechanical components.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning, breakdown management, and workshop supervision.
• Familiarity with CMMS is an advantage.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant, heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on hours, manufacturer guidance, and requirements.
• Supervise mechanics, technicians, electricians, and workshop staff to ensure efficient completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operators, site teams, and project managers to identify issues and prioritize maintenance.
