Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of practical maintenance experience in manufacturing or factory environment.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience leading technicians or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across factory machinery and infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee servicing and repair of CNC machines, cutting equipment, edge-banding machines, and other woodworking assets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production teams to minimize production disruption.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage spare parts usage and servicing history.
• Coordinate external service providers for major repairs and calibration.
• Ensure safety procedures and lockout-tagout are followed.
