Job summary

Alghanim International is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineer to ensure the reliability, maintenance, and efficient operation of heavy construction machinery across our projects in the UAE. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and hands-on experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems.

You will drive preventive maintenance programs, manage PMV fleet diagnostics, and coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime while supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Experience in heavy equipment maintenance within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Experience in PMV fleet management, equipment diagnostics and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability and maintenance of heavy construction machinery across projects.
Oversee operation efficiency and uptime of equipment on site.
