Job summary

Alghanim International is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineer to ensure the reliability, maintenance, and efficient operation of heavy construction machinery across our projects in the UAE. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and hands-on experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems.

You will drive preventive maintenance programs, manage PMV fleet diagnostics, and coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in PMV fleet management, equipment diagnostics and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and maintenance of heavy construction machinery across projects.
• Oversee operation efficiency and uptime of equipment on site.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and diagnostics to minimize downtime.
