The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, along with proven leadership skills to supervise technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize equipment downtime.

Primary Accountabilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure machinery reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) issues.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Identify recurring equipment faults and implement solutions to improve machine reliability.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in line with production requirements.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Work Experience: 8–10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in printing or packaging manufacturing.
• Technical & Software Skills: Strong hands‑on expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, VFD systems, and industrial automation.
• Maintenance Expertise: Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs and diagnosing equipment faults.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate maintenance operations.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Work Environment: Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
