Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance and or technical experience in a facility management or industrial environment.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing plumbing electrical systems HVAC refrigeration and general machinery
• Strong proficiency with hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Solid understanding of building codes blueprints and technical manuals
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with local Dubai building codes and climate-related maintenance considerations is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or licenses such as electrical or plumbing credentials are preferred but not required
