Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into reservations and signed sales agreements, meeting revenue targets.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline end-to-end from enquiry to reservation, SPA signing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms within approved parameters to maximise conversion and margin.
• Build relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and investment advisors to drive business.
