Elysian Developments, a luxury Dubai real estate developer, seeks a Broker Relationship Manager to energize its broker channel and ensure active, well-informed representation across the Dubai agency network. You will drive a steady stream of qualified inquiries into the Deal Pipeline and coordinate activities through Salesforce for peak performance.

In this role you will establish relationships with brokers, conduct briefings on Elysian's projects, schedule site visits, and manage the end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Dubai real estate with broker/agent relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and broker landscape.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a high-volume broker pipeline with regular contacts.
• Source new brokers via databases, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
• Maintain Salesforce records with accurate activity logging.
• Coordinate broker meetings, briefings, and project site visits.
• Advance brokers through pipeline stages and handle exclusivity windows.
• Support pricing discussions and broker-related queries to Sales Manager.
