Elysian Developments is a luxury boutique developer in Dubai. Conceived by the connoisseurs of luxury living at Elysian Group, a pioneer in Dubai Real Estate that was established in 2006, Elysian Developments is grounded in the belief that every detail matters, and that true excellence is found in the meticulous attention to each and every element. We are currently seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is the engine of Elysian Developments' broker channel. Operating across the five stages of the Broker Pipeline in Salesforce — Initial Contact through to Active Broker status — the BRM is responsible for identifying, engaging, briefing, and activating individual real estate brokers across Dubai's agency network. The role exists to ensure Elysian's projects have consistent, well-informed, and commercially active representation across the broker community, ultimately driving a steady flow of qualified client inquiries into the Deal Pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up a minimum of 100 broker contacts per day via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits to build an active pipeline of new broker relationships
- Source new brokers through database outreach, referrals, networking events, developer partner introductions, and inbound lead handling
- Create and maintain accurate Contact records in Salesforce at time of first contact, linked to the correct parent Agency Account
- Ensure 7-day exclusivity windows are observed; coordinate with the Ops Admin on record ownership conflicts
2. One-to-One Meetings
- Setup a minimum of 10 one-to-one broker meetings per week (in-person or virtual)
- Log all meetings as Activities on the broker's Contact record in Salesforce, capturing projects discussed, developer history, client budget ranges, and sourcing methods
- Identify brokers with genuine buyer mandates and advance them to the Briefed stage within the defined exclusivity window
3. Project Briefings
- Deliver a minimum of 5 project briefings per day — covering Elysian's current project portfolio, unit mix, pricing, payment plans, and USPs
- Conduct briefings one-on-one, in small group settings, and at agency-level briefing events in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Log each briefing activity on the broker Contact record, noting the specific projects presented, interest level, and questions raised
- Distribute approved project collateral (brochures, floor plans, payment schedules) post-briefing and track receipt in Salesforce
4. Site Visits
- Arrange a minimum of 5 broker site visits per week to Elysian project locations
- Prepare sales managers with project briefing materials and talking points prior to each visit
- Capture structured feedback on location, product, pricing, and competitive positioning; log on the Contact record in Salesforce and relevant shared resources
- Follow up within 48 hours of every site visit with next steps (client introduction, offer preparation, or re-briefing)
5. Active Broker Management
- Maintain a personal active broker count contributing to the team target of 50+ active brokers at all times
- Qualify brokers for Active status by confirming at least one of: active client inquiry, running marketing campaign, or live offer submission with a named buyer
- Submit Client Inquiry Opportunities in Salesforce on behalf of active brokers, linking each to the correct Contact and Agency Account
- Monitor broker activity levels; elevate inactivity flags (30+ days without activity) to the Sales Manager for relationship review
- Support active brokers through the Deal Pipeline by providing property and project guidance, coordinating site visits with clients, and facilitating offer preparation
- Maintain all Broker Contact records to the standard defined in the Elysian Salesforce data protocol — no missing required fields, all activities logged within 24 hours
- Progress Contact stage fields accurately through all five Broker Pipeline stages; never advance without meeting the defined stage criteria
- Support Ops Admin in document collection for AML/KYC compliance at agency onboarding stage
- Contribute accurate data to weekly pipeline reporting reviewed by the Head of Sales
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on daily briefing plans, joint broker meetings, and pipeline prioritisation
- Escalate pricing objections, deal‑specific questions, and broker agreement requests to the Sales Manager or Head of Sales as appropriate
- Coordinate with the Ops Admin for Salesforce record creation, document handling, and WA group setup
- Represent Elysian Developments professionally at all broker events, open houses, and networking functions

- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed activity-based sales targets (contacts, meetings, briefings)
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to own or company vehicle for site visits
Preferred
- RERA broker registration or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining)
