Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in luxury real estate or high-end retail with proven success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of luxury market trends and pricing strategies.

• Real estate license preferred.
