BEYOND Developments seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to lead a team selling ultra-luxury real estate. You will drive sales velocity, ensure price discipline and deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with the brand.

The role requires 10–12 years of luxury GCC sales experience, RERA broker certification, and expertise in managing relationships with brokers, family offices and wealth advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related discipline; RERA Broker certification required.
• 10-12 years of luxury real estate sales experience in GCC region, preferably with ultra-luxury developments and HNWI clientele.

Responsabilités

• Manage the sales team and drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement ultra-luxury sales strategy and brand positioning.
• Coordinate broker engagement, channel management and direct HNWI outreach.
• Evaluate sales pipelines, conversion rates and pricing performance.
• Manage allocation of inventory across consultants, brokers and channels.
• Facilitate launches, roadshows and exclusive events for HNWIs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM and Sales Operations on integrated campaigns.
• Implement KYC, AML and customer due diligence processes.
• Develop the sales team through coaching, training and mentoring.
• Manage relationships with brokers, family offices and wealth advisors.
• Implement compliance with RERA, DLD and applicable sales regulations.
• Coordinate handover and post-sales experience with CRM team.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive intelligence.
• Develop reports on sales performance, pipeline and forecasts.
• Ensure premium customer experience aligned with Omniyat brand standards.
