Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and digital retail.
• Experience with reputable, structured, or high-growth e-commerce businesses in luxury or premium retail.
• Proven ownership of E-commerce P&L with revenue and margin growth.
• Strong track record of scaling e-commerce or marketplace businesses across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and profitability levers.
• Marketplace expansion experience across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and/or India is preferred.
• Mature, commercially assertive leader with strong execution discipline.
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• UAE-based candidates preferred; overseas candidates with GCC/international exposure considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the E-commerce P&L, with clear accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability.
• Develop and execute the E-commerce and digital growth strategy across GCC markets.
• Scale online revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and marketplace performance.
• Drive marketplace expansion across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and potentially India.
• Manage and optimize key commercial levers including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, conversion, and profitability.
• Oversee E-commerce technology, CMS, digital platforms, operations, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketing, merchandising, technology, retail, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance.
• Lead digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels to deliver a strong omnichannel customer experience.
