Job summary

Anitas Muse, a luxury-focused brand in Dubai, seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to own UAE/GCC digital growth. You will manage Meta & Google Ads, shape e-commerce strategy on Shopify, and drive CRM programs while tracking KPIs to optimize CAC, conversion, and ROAS.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle.
Strong understanding of the GCC luxury consumer and digital market.
Hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience.
Strong Shopify, e-commerce, CRM and analytics knowledge.
Experience growing or launching brands in the GCC.
Strong commercial and visual understanding of luxury.
Excellent English.
Dubai/GCC-based candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital acquisition strategy for UAE/GCC.
Manage and optimise Meta & Google Ads.
Develop e-commerce growth strategy and optimise Shopify.
Manage email marketing, CRM and customer retention.
Set up analytics, track KPIs and optimise CAC, conversion and ROAS.
Build and test audiences, campaigns and creative hypotheses.
Support product launches and develop the digital funnel from discovery to purchase.
Work closely with the Founder and creative/SMM team.
