Job summary

You will drive CRM and clienteling excellence, oversee campaigns and activation plans, translate local client behaviors into strategic recommendations, and partner with Retail, Marketing and HQ to strengthen loyalty and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in luxury client engagement, CRM and clienteling strategy development.
• Translate global brand vision into local market experiences to boost loyalty and performance.
• Lead CRM programs and omnichannel client experiences with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the market's client engagement strategy with the Omnichannel Manager.
• Oversee the clienteling calendar, campaigns, and activation plans; monitor performance and disseminate best practices.
