Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy seeks an experienced logistics administrator in Dubai to manage shipping documentation, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth import/export operations.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in logistics, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Navision/ERP. You will work with freight forwarders, track shipments, prepare invoicing and payments, and support month-end stock reconciliations and VAT reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of logistics and admin experience.
• Accounting knowledge and VAT awareness.
• Experience with international import/export.
• Navision/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping documentation and logistics processes.
• Coordinate sales, purchases, and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and track shipments.
• Process invoicing, payments, and shipping advice.
• Handle month-end stock reconciliation, VAT, and accruals.
