Job summary

MILAHA in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to identify and qualify potential customers, analyze needs, review commodities and service requirements, and push opportunities through RFQ and pricing processes with Sales Support.

You will coordinate demos, establish purchase commitments, coordinate negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding and handovers to operations, with a focus on profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; strong analytic and mathematic skills.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 3PL/logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and build a target customer database.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, commodities, trade lanes and service requirements.
• Perform data mining to identify high-potential customers.
• Assess potential customers' ability to pay and decision-making authority.
• Engage prospects via meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• Coordinate RFQ and pricing with Sales Support to generate competitive quotations.
• Close sales and ensure onboarding, handovers to operations, and monitor profitability.
