Milaha is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and qualify target customers in the logistics sector. The role involves prospecting, data mining, and presenting Milaha solutions to convert prospects into customers.

You will coordinate RFQs, pricing, and negotiations, then hand over to operations for onboarding and delivery. The position requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required and strong analytic/mathematical skills are preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 3PL/logistics.
• Proven sales background in logistics and familiarity with supply chains is advantageous.
• Experience with logistics processes, systems & solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify leads and build a database of target customers.
• Qualify leads by needs, patterns, and contracts to determine fit for Milaha products.
• Perform data mining to identify high-potential customers.
• Assess potential customers’ ability to pay, authority, and market accessibility.
• Engage prospects through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to convert them into customers.
• Coordinate RFQ and pricing activities with Sales Support and finalize agreements.
• Negotiate terms to close sales and ensure successful handovers to operations.
• Ensure onboarding, booking, and proper handover to Service Delivery; monitor profitability and transactions.
• Record all data in CRM and comply with internal policies and HSSEQ.
