eMinds in Dubai is seeking a sharp logistics leader to own end-to-end fulfillment for a major telecom group. You will manage inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customer service, driving KPIs and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
5+ years in logistics (last-mile & warehouse) plus fleet management.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

End-to-end logistics operations: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery, distribution and customer service.
Monitor operational KPIs, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
Lead drivers, riders, warehouse teams and 3PL partners.
Maintain inventory accuracy, stock forecasting and annual stock-taking.
Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
