Candidates bring a Bachelor's in Business Admin, 5+ years in logistics including last-mile and warehouse, fleet management, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English; you will lead drivers, 3PLs, and warehouse teams in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• End-to-end logistics operations: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery, distribution and customer service.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead drivers, riders, warehouse teams and 3PL partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock forecasting and annual stock-taking.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
