Responsibilities

Lead logistics product discovery and prioritization in line with regional OKRs and business priorities.
Translate operational requirements into clear product needs for stakeholders.
Build business cases to support feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Advocate for logistics requirements across talabat and Delivery Hero teams.
Maintain engagement with regional/local logistics teams to identify gaps and opportunities.
Oversee testing activities for new logistics features before launch.
Define and monitor feature success metrics and reporting infrastructure.
Communicate new product developments to stakeholders before and after go-live.
