Job summary

Sharaf Investment L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Executive – Sales to drive new business in Liner services with a Freight Forwarding focus across the UAE. You will target new clients, nurture existing accounts, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipments.

The role requires 3–5 years in liner/shipping sales, strong negotiation skills, and deep UAE market knowledge. A valid UAE driving licence is preferred and frequent client engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in liner/shipping sectors.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight and liner operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid UAE market experience with valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire clients for liner services with freight forwarding exposure.
• Grow revenue from existing accounts through follow-ups and service excellence.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts accurately and on time.
• Follow up RFQs and proposals to maintain high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with operations, docs, and customer service for shipment execution.
• Maintain updated client and sales records in the system.
• Provide market intelligence and liner trade insights to support strategy.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
