Job summary

MM Management Consultant in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UAE. A proven UAE sales track record in freight forwarding or logistics and an established customer network are preferred.

You will develop sales strategies, manage client meetings and proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence. 3–5 years UAE sales experience is required; valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE sales experience mandatory.
• Preference for freight forwarding/logistics industry experience.
• Established UAE customer network and market connections.
• Strong track record of business generation and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers across the UAE.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Leverage UAE network to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Generate leads through market research, networking and referrals.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and provide sales forecasts.
