Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for Liner services with Freight Forwarding exposure.
• Maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts through follow-ups and service excellence.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts accurately and on time.
• Follow up on client inquiries, RFQs and proposals to ensure high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation and customer service for smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain updated client and sales records in the system.

What You ll Do

Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients primarily for Liner services with additional focus on Freight ForwardingMaintain and grow revenue from existing client accounts through consistent follow-ups and service excellence Prepare and submit quotations proposals and contracts accurately and on time Follow up on client inquiries RFQs and pending proposals to ensure high conversion ratesCoordinate with operations documentation and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution Maintain updated client and sales records in system Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support sales strategy with emphasis on Liner trade trends Attend client meetings presentations and industry networking events as required

Experience

3–5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in Liner business and exposure to Freight Forwarding as wellProven track record in acquiring new customers and developing business within the Liner/shipping segment Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Liner Shipping operations, and Logistics solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid UAE market experience Valid UAE driving license
