Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is seeking an Associate Director of Leasing to lead leasing performance for our residential and commercial portfolios in the UAE. The role involves developing strategies, optimizing occupancy, and driving revenue growth while coordinating with Leasing Administration, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.

• 15+ years of UAE real estate experience with residential and commercial leasing.
• Proven track record in delivering leasing revenue targets.
• Experience leading Sales, Leasing and Leasing Administration teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the overall leasing strategy for residential and commercial portfolios.
• Lead the Leasing and Leasing Administration teams and set targets.
• Manage end-to-end leasing lifecycle from lead to contract execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
