Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to coordinate all training activities across the site, collaborating with the L&D team, Operations leaders, DSP Managers, dispatchers, drivers, and sort associates to ensure compliant training and up-to-date documentation.

The role includes hands-on facilitation, development of training content using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing, and building internal dashboards to report progress during daily and weekly leadership calls.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners across multiple sites/regions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all training programs (up to 50 members per session).
• Track learning performance and implement improvements.
• Monitor adherence to training programs and drive new projects.
• Create training documents using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing.
• Close developmental gaps for individuals and groups.
• Update training documents with program managers and leadership.
• Create dashboards and report training KPIs in leadership calls.
