Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver operational training programs for groups of up to 50 participants
• Organize training schedules in partnership with country learning leadership and site management

• Track learning curves, assessment results, quality indicators, and post-training performance

• Monitor adherence to established learning programs and required standard work
• Maintain accurate compliance records, attendance data, training documents, and completion reports
• Develop instructional materials using Articulate 360, Photoshop, video-editing software, and presentation tools

• Work with program managers and operational leaders to support the adoption of new procedures
