Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Learning Specialist to coordinate training for site teams, facilitate ground-level training, and manage training documentation to ensure compliance.

You will work with L&D, Operations managers, DSP managers, dispatchers, and drivers to create training content using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing, and to build dashboards reporting KPIs.

Qualifications

• The candidate speaks, writes, and reads fluently in English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)
• Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance
• Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects
• Create training documents; utilize various software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, video editing to design effective training content
• Execute plans to close gaps in the developmental needs for individuals and groups
• Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes
• Create internal dashboards and use them to report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

The AMZL Trans Learning Specialist works with their Country L&D manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Production Assistants, Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers and Sort Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide ground level training facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Associate will play an integral role in ensuring all operations compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Specialist is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department

Basic Qualifications
