Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Senior KOL Relations Specialist to own end-to-end influencer partnerships. You will identify, engage, and manage high-impact KOLs, lead event activations, and coordinate sensitive communications with composure across the crypto industry.

You will operate as a brand ambassador, building strong external relationships while partnering with Marketing, Growth, and Compliance to align KOL strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships.
• Fluent English with ability to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs aligned with brand values and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end KOL event planning and execution, including brand activations and partnership meetings.
• Serve as primary liaison between company and KOLs, ensuring timely, professional communications.
• Manage crisis communications involving KOLs with composure and strategic input.
• Develop and deliver reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and sentiment trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with PR and business goals.
• Represent the company professionally at events and media engagements.
