Job summary

Kraken is seeking a dynamic Growth/Influencer Marketing leader to build and scale a KOL network across Spain and the Iberia region for Kraken Pro. You will drive user acquisition through regional partnerships and own end-to-end relationship management with local creators.

You will represent the derivatives suite to top creators, fix on-the-ground issues, and set regional targets. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building influencer networks in Spain/Iberia.
• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
• Experience acquiring trading users with CAC focus.
• Hands-on, proactive problem solving on the ground.
• High agency and regional ownership without waiting for global direction.
• Knowledge of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a KOL/creator network in Spain, Iberia and other countries for Kraken Pro from the ground up.
• Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships across the region.
• Own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation.
• Represent Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite — perpetual futures, prop trading, margin — to top regional creators.
• Fix on-the-ground execution issues that block program performance and iterates fast.
• Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook.
