Job summary

Binance Square is building a global platform for crypto creators and onboards top creators to grow vibrant communities. You will manage onboarding, engagement, and cross-border partnerships to expand reach and impact.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will design creator programs, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive AMAs, interviews, and community-driven initiatives in the crypto space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or cross-channel marketing in crypto.
• Experience with crypto creator communities or networks.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish, Vietnamese or Ukrainian a plus.
• Strong data analysis to drive strategies.
• Self-motivated, able to work with remote global teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit global crypto creators and oversee onboarding.
• Develop creator engagement and retention strategies, liaising with internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact creators and track growth metrics.
• Build community growth programs and launch creator marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with creators to enable AMAs, interviews, and community projects.
• Stay updated on crypto trends, identifying emerging creators and competitors.
